Arrived showing rust already on the shock shafts and missing fluid from one.

One shock showed signs of less fluid than the other, one shock shaft showed tarnishing where the outer coating would soon fail and rust and the other showed signs of rust and ring marks possibly from unprotected tooling in the factory that left a groove ring around the shaft which would quickly cause the seal to fail inside as it moved.
