Use white paint (150 or 400 ml) as a background to make the fluorescent paint shine even more
Use:
Shake thoroughly
Spray on several thin coats, wait a few minutes until the paint is touch dry before applying the next coat
Use at room temperature, spray from a distance of 20/30 cm
